Youth Film Festival
This year’s 25th Annual YFF will be held at the Paramount Theater on September 13, 2026.
In 2025, your support helped us:
Partner with 69 amazing local schools, community organizations, and nonprofits
Create opportunities for students to share their unique voices, producing 400 beautiful films
Teach 1,514 students in 93 workshops
Offer scholarships allowing 66% of our students to attend at low or no cost
Engage 25 Teaching Artists
Celebrate a total of 34 film festival acceptances, being shown at 21 different festivals, and receiving 24 awards
YFF is our most important fundraiser,
providing 20% of our programming budget.
VIP ticket sales, raffle ticket sales, and sponsorships ensure we can keep providing an exceptional filmmaking education to the Charlottesville community.
