Games have been an integral part of human culture throughout history. They not only entertain, but also inform and change us. Today video games designers bring together art & code to immerse their players in a story. There are video games being created to solve real-world problems and video game players solving scientific mysteries. Get your first taste of video game design in this beginner-friendly workshop. You’ll get hands-on experience with a handful of video game design platforms. We’ll also help guide you through the creative process of designing your own video game including storyboarding, character creation and game development.
