Spring 2015

Walker Upper Elementary students partook in a 4 month after school workshop where they learned about environmental science through experiments, which covered animal and plant structural and behavioral adaptations, animal and plant classification, habitats, niches, populations, communities, and food webs. The students were taught about film equipment, camera angles, interview techniques, and were in charge of documenting each day. Funded by The Prana Fund in the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation.
